Donation Policy

DONATIONS ARE MADE ON A VOLUNTARY BASIS IN APPRECIATION OF THE GAME AND OUR SERVICES.

DIGITAL MASTERS WORLD DOES NOT ASSUME ANY FINANCIAL OBLIGATION WITH RESPECT TO DONATIONS.

THE USER MUST BE OVER 18 TO BE ELIGIBLE TO MAKE A DONATION TO DIGITAL MASTERS WORLD. DIGITAL MASTERS WORLD IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY UNAUTHORIZED DONATIONS.

Donations are voluntary and cover the following:

• Dedicated servers, including live, internal and backup servers

• Staff and service expenses

• Security expenses, including anti-DoS services

• Development and expansion of the game and its infrastructure

• Maintenance and promotion of Digital Masters World on social and video platforms

• Donations are strictly for non-profit purposes

By donating you agree to following terms:

• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account information for all the donations made.
  
  

• You agree to pay all the charges at the prices then in effect for your donation and any applicable fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any amounts upon placing your order.
  
  

• We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
  
  

• We also reserve the rights to refuse any donations. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel donations per person, or per donation.
  
  

• When you donate, the contract execution is immediate. DONATIONS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
  
  

• If you have made a donation and your Crowns are not made available on your account within 24 hours, you may contact us to resolve the issue.

For any issues regarding donations, please create a ticket via the ModMail bot on the official Digital Masters World Discord.

• We are not offering the assistance if you have donated the wrong amount and you want a refund. Choose your donation amount carefully. It's not considered as our fault but yours.
  
  

• Any attempt of refunding the donation that you have made will cause the permanent ban and termination of your account. We also have the rights to search all in-game trades/gifting logs that you've had with said account and a right to remove those accounts also.
